What is your lifetime warranty?1

The lifetime warranty covers workmanship and parts until the sale of your vehicle. Lebeau® undertakes to repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge, as long as you remain the owner of your vehicle. However, Lebeau® assumes no liability for defects caused by abusive or careless use, for defects caused as a result of any modification made by you or a third party, for damage resulting from an accident or incident (including vandalism and theft), or for damage due to road hazards. Also excluded is any leakage problem caused by the deterioration of the body of your vehicle. For other conditions, please read the terms on the back of your invoice. The lifetime warranty is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Can you guarantee that a chip that can be repaired will not become larger during the repair process?

Unfortunately not. In some cases, through no fault of the repair technician, attempting to repair a windshield can result in the chip becoming larger. However, upon completion of a successful repair, we can guarantee that the chip will not crack further and that the repair will pass any provincial vehicle inspection, or we will credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement. In the unlikely event that a chip does become larger during the repair process, we will credit the cost of the repair either towards a windshield replacement or, in the case of an insurance claim, back to the insurance company. Please read our Guarantees section or Legal notices for more details.
