Do I have to be present when the technician performs a mobile repair or replacement?
You will need to ensure the technician has access to the keys to your vehicle upon arrival, but you don’t need to be present while the glass is repaired or replaced.
Our technician will provide you with useful and necessary information when returning your keys upon completion of the work.
Does my vehicle need to be in a covered or heated area for your mobile service?
Inclement weather makes auto glass installations difficult without cover. If possible, please have shelter available. If severe weather prevents us from performing your repair or replacement with our mobile service, we will do all possible to find a solution.
