From start to finish the service and communication was excellent - booking the service was easy and they accommodated as best they could to my schedule. Once on site the staff inspected my windshield issues and went over all options so that I could make a true decision. Time frame they gave me for the repair was longer than the actual process so I was in and out sooner than I expected. Costing was what I expected so there were no surprises - would easily recommend Speedy Glass for service.

The front facing service staff at the Windsor Speed on Howard make the entire experience excellent. From the phone conversation, to in-person meeting and handling of insurance, it would be hard to find anyone better working in the service industry. Moreover, the work was completed in shorter than the estimated time and the replaced front windshield better than new. Would recommend!

A stone hit our windscreen and caused a star-shaped crack that could not be sealed but was not in need of urgent repair. We made an appointment for a full replacement and on the appointed day we took the car in and it was repaired as agreed. They arranged the bureaucracy of the insurance. A streak on the side of the car was repaired as part of the deal. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.

The staff were very friendly. I had an appointment and when I got there, they were very prompt in assessing problem. They ordered the part right away and I went back the next day to have the part installed. I was very happy to not wait too long to have my window fixed.

We were preparing for a long trip south for the winter when we discovered a crack in our windshield. The earliest appointment available was two days after our intended departure date. We took that appointment but asked if there was a cancelation we would like to be considered. Sure enough we got a call and the next day we were in for a new windshield.
